IL RIVALTA - PLACE OF CHARME, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who were always ready to help and the perfect location near major attractions. The room was comfortable, but a bit smaller than expected based on my booking. I loved the breakfast selection and the beautiful river views added to the ambiance. However, the check-in experience could have been warmer, and I had a bit of a hassle with room changes, though they were handled quickly and efficiently.
